This topic is increasingly finding its way into vocational training and continuing education. This course focuses on how clinical educators in elderly care and healthcare professions can competently and sustainably teach human factors to their colleagues and trainees in everyday practice.

The course combines official technical, pedagogical, and didactic elements of Crew Resource Management (CRM) with the learning objectives of clinical educators, and trains participants in applying these concepts in practice.
