Background
With this new training concept, we give emergency doctors even better preparation for missions involving helicopters and hoists. We exercise relevant mission scenarios with you at the Stiftung Bergwacht foundation’s Centre for Safety and Education (Zentrum für Sicherheit und Ausbildung).
Growing demand: hoist missions
With the growing enthusiasm for outdoor sports and increased opportunities for recreation in remote areas, helicopter crews are being confronted with mission processes and injury types that are more and more complex. We provide intensive training in an ultra-modern simulation facility in Bad Tölz, regardless of the weather or time of day. We have also developed individual training scenarios for teaching emergency doctors in both helicopter simulator units.
