Focus areas

Communication is a factor of success. How can communication be made effective? Why is miscommunication a safety risk? In addition to the building blocks of targeted and efficient communication, DRF Luftrettung’s seminar hosts teach the methods for monitoring communication and possibilities for intervening.  

We are happy to put together an individual seminar for you based on your wishes. The key topics of leadership, human performance, stress management and safety combine well with the communication course format, too.  

Our seminars can be held in person, online or through blended learning.

Structure

These are the components:

• Basic theory
• Practical examples from air rescue that can transfer to everyday office work
• Role playing, e.g. in the DRF Luftrettung academy’s own simulator

Experienced trainers from DRF Luftrettung who work hands on in aviation and emergency medicine lead our seminars.
