Background
This interactive course is aimed at all prospective helicopter emergency physicians: our experienced instructors will teach you the essential structures of air rescue and provide you with valuable practical tips from the day-to-day work of air rescue. We cover both medical and flight operations aspects and prepare you optimally for your deployment in the air rescue service.

Structure and contents
The theory is followed by an introduction to handling the materials and equipment used at an air rescue station. In this way, the theory of the course is optimally combined with practical exercises at the station.
